One of the successful projects, where the power of planning solutions allowed us to create a sense of spaciousness and comfort. It was originally a three-bedroom apartment with small rooms. As a result of the complete redesign of the layout, the housing has gained much more convenient and functional space.
The central composition is a single studio kitchen combined with a living room.
The bedroom was combined with a work unit, taking into account the profile of the tenants — a creative family in which the architect often works at home.
The children's room is located in a separate block; it can easily be transformed into a teenage room or a guest room for an adult.
The bathroom deserves special attention: it has a bathtub by the window, a technique familiar from Soviet apartments that provides natural daylight even in small rooms.
The layout was thought out not only from an architecturally logical and economical point of view, but also taking into account the energy of space: the principles of Feng Shui and Vastu were used in the design, which helped to take into account landmarks on the cardinal points and the influence of energy axes on comfort and health.
The aesthetics of the interior are a hybrid of modern and traditional classics: decorative crowns and door portals harmoniously coexist with modern stainless steel kitchen surfaces and avant-garde lamps. This combination creates a warm, cozy atmosphere, ideal for living in a big city.
